Recoil doesnt increase his burst damage on Sp1 too much ( I dont know if it increases cause I wasnt taking much notice but even if does, the increment is not too much) ...The difference between a max sig vs unduped BRB will be a 3.4x Multiplier VS 3x Multiplier, so damage wise it isnt that much important ...The most important aspect of a max sig BRB will be that you can tank a hit while holding heavy without taking any damage and make the heavy intercept a lot easier to do....So a max sig R6 BRB will be a lot better than an unduped BRB at R2

I popped a few of those valiant crystals pulled only 5 stars I think the drop rates definitely need tinkering from kabam.
